Location & Campus:-
The St. Xavier’s group of institutions are situated in a campus stretching over to two acres of land near to the very old and famous valiathura bridge. The Trivandrum International Airport is at a walk able distance and the Trivandrum Central Railway Station is within 5 kilometers. One can reach the Kazhakuttom Kovalam bye pass by a kilometer’s drive. The gentle breeze from the sea and the peaceful atmosphere around the campus present a student-friendly environment. No outside interference and occasional turbulent crowd in the city and traffic pollution do not affect us. They, there fore say that the location is sound, cheerful and healthy. Frequent vehicular traffic between the campus and important centers of the city is an added attraction
Management:-
The administration is controlled by Trivandrum Social Service Society functioning under the Arch Diocese of Trivandrum. His grace most Rev: Dr: Soosa pakiam, the metropolitan Arch Bishop of Trivandrum (Latin) is the trustee of the society. The welfare and developmental activities being undertaken and implemented by this Arch Diocese are appreciated and acknowledged by the people irrespective of cast, creed and gender. The management under which we function is accepted as a service minded resourceful setup, which is ready to provide every facility which can empower the youth.
Fees Structure:-
Although all the courses are job oriented and expensive the management has kept it in mind that the institutions should not be a profit making source. We claim that the fees structure is kept at a level affordable to the common students coming even from poor families. The management also offer concessions for various categories where ever possible.
Credibility of the Diploma/ Certificate:-
The credibility of the qualification one acquires primarily and mainly depends on the stature of authority who awards degree/ diploma/certificate. All our courses excepting X-ray welding and Total station (Land survey) are recognized ones either by Govt: of Kerala or by Govt: of India. They can be got attested by the NORKA enabling the candidates to attempt employment abroad. X-ray welding course is devised and training imparted in accordance with the methods and standards prescribed by international organizations like American Welding Society (AWS), American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) etc. The certificate issued by this institute for X-ray welding bears the logo of AWS. It is most important that one should not be mislead by mere publicity and offers of scholarships only.
